How We Do Business - We Only Sell What We Have

Only items that we have in-stock are listed. We do not back-order items, because we want to guarantee that you'll receive your purchase as soon as possible. If, for some reason, you make an order and we find that the item is out of stock, we will contact you to inquire if you would prefer a full refund, or you would rather wait for our next shipment.

For a very small number of items we do drop shipments with the manufacturer. If the manufacturer cannot fulfill your order in a timely manner we will also let you know so you can receive a refund or wait for shipment.

Please email us for volume orders so we can give you a discounted price.

Shipping

In most cases, your items will be in the mail the next business day after your purchase. Shipping prices are based upon the purchase amount. Please see our shipping rates page for details.

Returns

Returns are a fact of life. Sometimes something just doesn't fit like you wanted or maybe the colors weren't what you were expecting. In either case, returns are easy with JeepHobby. We do have a couple of rules:

• The items cannot have been washed
• The tags must still be on the items (if tags came on the item in the first place, of course)
• The item must still be in new condition, and should not smell like smoke or your aunt's elderly dachsund

Other than these rules, there's nothing to it. The customer pays for the return shipping to JeepHobby and upon receipt of the products, we'll credit your account for the cost of the product. Your refund, of course, will be minus the original shipping cost. The return address will be included in your shipment on the packing slip.

A Note About Sizing

Sweatshirts, as a general rule, shrink when they are washed and then dried. The Jeep® sweatshirts are built rugged, but they will shrink if you dry them just like any other sweatshirt. So, because of this, we recommend when buying a sweatshirt, to order one size up.
